Introduction to Consulting Skills
This introductory programme is the first of three levels at which you might consider developing your consultancy practice. The programme draws on leading writers around consultancy such as Peter Block (Flawless Consulting) and Peter Senge (The 5th Discipline)
This course is ideal for:
Individuals who are interested in understanding how to use consultancy effectively in their own or others’ organisations.
What does the course cover?
- Practice consultancy behaviours.
- Work with new tools and techniques.
- Understand what consultancy means and be able to share this.
- Consider behavioural ability to consult effectively.
- Take away some key frameworks and tools to enable participants to start to consult differently.
- Experience the act of consultancy and learn from this.
Certificate in Professional Consulting
Accredited by the Institute of Consulting, as part of the Chartered Management Institute, this programme develops the behaviours and skills necessary to deliver excellence in consultancy practice.
This course is ideal for Consultancy teams within organisations, Human Resource and Learning & Development business partners, external practitioners in the fields of Organisational Development and Project Managers looking to work more closely with customers.

Diploma in Professional Consulting
This programme has been designed in response to our clients’ requirements to further develop their consulting capability, to enable them to become masterful consultants and business partners. This diploma provides you the skills to lead consultancy interventions at an organisational level and bring about transformational change. The diploma programme is accredited by the Institute of Consulting, as part of the Chartered Management Institute.
This course is ideal for those who have attended the Certificate in Professional Consulting Programme and for experienced practitioners who now want to develop their skills further. This programme may be of interest to those who are considering consulting and business partnering across organisational boundaries and/or becoming an independent consultant.
What does the course cover:
-The programme is 8 days in length and runs over a 9 – 12 month period.
-The programme is delivered through workshop attendance and specially prepared learning materials.
-There are ten assessed units to be achieved to obtain the Diploma in Management Consultancy.
-Participants will take approximately 240 hours to complete the programme and written and practical assignments.
