The Beech Centre Programmes

beech-programmesThe Beech Centre’s development programmes remain vibrant, highly effective and right at the heart of our institute strategy!

The key to their effectiveness lies in the focus on experiential learning allied to facilitated reflection that allows ‘text book theory’ to connect to the current context for every participant and bring new learning to life in a sustainable manner. By enabling the development of internal capability (and capacity) in the areas of consultancy skills, facilitation, coaching and leadership, we know from the feedback received that participants are valuing the impact our programmes create on internal OD and transformation projects.

On an individual level the programmes are great for reflecting on my personal practice and have improved my conversations better with the clients. On an organisational level I’ve used them both within the police sector and a private sector organisation. It’s all been about building the performance of team members and making sure that services are improved and we get better outputs from them.
