Organisational membershipOrganisational membership provides professional support to your organisation to truly enable it to work with strategic OD in a way which positively impacts the organisational system by either:

  • diagnosing root causes, reporting and working with you to determine your OD strategy and action plans
  • validating your own OD strategy and action plans
  • ensuring that your OD interventions will deliver sustainable change and a Return on Investment (RoI)
  • providing professional consulting, coaching, supervision and/or facilitation support to those leading on OD working with senior leadership teams to ensure that they understand the value and potential RoI from strategic OD
