Member Programme of Themes & Events

Based on our own Organisational Development (OD) Diagnostic Model, we have designed a themed programme for the next 12 months. This will see us navigate around the model twice, each time pausing to concentrate our focus on the whole system, in April and again in October.

This themed programme of events for our members becomes part of your ongoing programme of benefits and will be central to our work we do here, so please do let us know who else we should be speaking to.

Testimonial

I decided to attend the conference because it’s all about ethics. For me ethics in leadership is absolutely crucial, not just for our service but across all public services and the private sector. So far it’s been fantastic. I’ve really enjoyed the coaching and the main speaker. I would recommend anyone to spend some time here and interchange ideas with colleagues and talk to the Beech Consultants who are fabulous at what they do. The conference gives you time to reflect on what you are trying to achieve at work.
