Management Consultant in Organisational Development Recruitment and Development Opportunity

December 9, 2017

Is management consultancy the next step in your career? Are you looking to be developed and employed as a Management Consultant specialising in Organisational Development? Do you have a passion for OD? If so keep reading…

As a small business based in East Yorkshire, our collaborative consulting philosophy and the results it returns for our clients has won global recognition twice (2013 and 2016) in the International Management Consulting Awards. In both years we were selected to represent the UK in the awards by the Institute of Consulting which is part of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes and we came away with the Silver Medal from the ICMCI on both occasions.

Despite our success, we struggle to find good collaborative consultants whenever we go out to recruit. The search for good Organisational Development Consultants goes on and we have decided to take a different approach. How better to see the potential of people than to see them in a development environment?

So, we are running a unique version of our highly acclaimed Certificate in Professional Consulting. Our CEO Steve Benfield will run the programme and it is open to anyone who has a vocation to develop as a collaborative OD Consultant.

What’s the catch? Well there isn’t one. You pay to come on the programme and if we think you have got what it takes, we will offer you a job as an OD Consultant here at The Beech Centre and refund the investment you have made in the programme if you join us. If you are not selected for a job you will have gained an internationally recognised qualification (CMI Level 5) in Professional Consulting at a significantly discounted rate.

The Certificate in Professional Consulting programme will start in January 2018 and you will have your results and qualification by September 2018. You could be joining The Beech Centre as an OD Consultant at any point during that time.
