The MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) questionnaire provides a highly insightful framework for individual and group development, enabling self-awareness by looking at how a person perceives the world and how they prefer to interact with others.
We primarily use the MBTI (Step 2) as part of our Certificate in Professional Consulting with all participants completing the questionnaire online and receiving a one to one feedback session.
MTQ48 provides a reliable and quick assessment of an individual’s ability to withstand pressure in a range of environments. It measures mental toughness in terms of four core components – control, challenge, commitment and confidence.
We use the MTQ48 tool as part of our Resilient Leader 2 day programme with all participants receiving their own personal feedback report and in the case of in-house programmes where we work with an intact team, a developmental team feedback report.
